In our Dancercise sessions, you’ll get a great workout while learning exercises you can do at home. Each class is set to music, creating a fun and stimulating environment.
The sessions are designed to be accessible, incorporating chair-based exercises to improve fitness levels, circulation, and flexibility. Each class provides a warm, welcoming, and safe space for everyone to express themselves. In our social atmosphere, we learn routines and collaborate on movement and dance pieces which we perform in July each year.
Dancercise sessions are run by Hannah and our lovely volunteer, Eddie, on Thursday mornings and afternoons, as well as Friday afternoons.
