Dance Fit is a fun way to stay active through music and movement. Sessions are designed to improve fitness, flexibility and confidence in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
The sessions are led by Hannah, alongside our volunteer Eddie (on Friday mornings), who support learners to take part at their own pace. Movements can be done standing or seated, making the sessions accessible for everyone.
We learn simple routines together that can also be practised at home, and each July learners have the opportunity to perform to friends and family at our annual Summer Show!
Sessions take place on Thursdays (10.30am – 12.30pm; 1pm – 3pm) and Fridays (10.30am – 12.30pm). The cost is £10 per session.
