
Dance Fit is a fun way to exercise with music. The exercises are accessible and for everyone. You can take part sitting on a chair or standing.

The moves help improve your fitness and flexibility. You will get a good workout to keep fit and healthy. We learn simple routines together that you can also do at home.

Every July, we perform what we’ve learned together to our friends, family and local community.
Dancercise sessions are run by Hannah and our lovely volunteer, Eddie, on Thursday mornings and afternoons, as well as Friday mornings.
