We have two cooking classes in which you can develop your cooking skills and make healthy meals.
In this class, you will learn how to prepare food for cooking, and then you will cook a two course meal using fresh and healthy ingredients.
This class has been developed for adults who live with independence, or for those who are preparing to live with some independence.
On Friday morning our 2nd cooking group prepares a large two course meal to share with the drama group, again using fresh and healthy ingredients.
Some of the adults who have attended our cooking class have gone on to further volunteering or paid work.
